A detailed Packaging Value Analysis (PVA) report is prepared to ascertain whether the proposed solutions will add value to the current packaging process. A technical data-sheet is compiled to compare the products/solutions. A prototype may be installed on-site to test a proposed solution in real-time.
Techno-commercial reports are generated for the desired solution, which is specific to the client’s products, protection needs, end-user, location, delivery process, budget and logistics. Depending on the results of the aforementioned process, the ideal solution is finalised.
After taking approval from the concerned stakeholders, all design decisions are implemented and checked. Graphical/design options are proposed. Once approved, the solution is ready for production.
The solutions are shipped to the desired location. Customers are regularly updated about shipment status. The solutions are safely installed at the client’s facility, and an on-site demo is provided to the packers by our usage experts.
